cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official website.

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the departure date:

30 days or more before departure: Full refund (excluding service charges)

15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount

7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking amount

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Company:

In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political issues, low participation, etc.).

In such cases, customers will be offered:

A full refund OR

An alternative tour of equal value

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.

Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
